Aelicel is a Cloud Elf of moderate birth who has risen to be the leader of the Moler's Guild in Kuridu at a young age. She is not only a strong leader but a good public face for the guild being friendly and flirty.
Physically, she's is slightly more than average in appearance and smells like fresh roses. Her teeth are slightly crooked yet she constantly has a big smile making them a boon rather than a flaw. She is tall and thin but moves with a light stepped grace.

Aetalla is a low born Cloud Elf who acts like she is nobility. She is logical and egotistical believing her opinion is the only one of value.

Even though humans are generally untrusted, Amalwor has made quite a lot of themselves becoming part of the guild. They work as a liaison with Molers for general day to day communication. Only important matters and arbitration are brought before the full council. Amalwor is intuitive with the motives and emotions of others making them a great liaison.

Physically, everything about Amalwor is average. Average height, average weight, and short cut hair. They wear average common style clothes and keeps an even tone most of the time.

Trolls don't often make it down to Asiel much less become permanent fixtures.
Despite this, Amondurap has done both.
She is the cartographer of the guild.
She tends to be timid and often comes across as rude due to her shyness.

Despite her size she tends to appear a full 2" shorter than her actual height due to her pronounced stoop.
She rarely makes eye contact and is constant biting her nails in nervousness.
Despite all of this she is an incredibly good map maker.

Arasha is the blacksmith at Paw Paws Sticks and Stones in Kuridu. While they are a generally affable person, they are introverted and are rarely seen outside of her foundry.

Aste is a bard in Kuridu known for innovative and often romantic music played on her lute.
She has proportionate dwarfism leaving her extremely short but her limbs and body in proportion to her height.
In addition to her music, she works at Dandy's pet store mostly just playing with the animals.

A rock dwarf from a well known Moler family, Bonewalker is in charge of rule keeping in the council.
He has a calm demeanor and stares intently at those he is communicating with. Despite the intense exterior, Bonewalker's thoughts are very shallow.

Boxam owns and runs the Cumin Inn in Kuridu. He has an avuncular nature and is well liked around town, at least in the affluent areas. When conversing he is often uses large words incorrectly in an effor to sound more intelligent than he is.

Braj was sold as into servitude in his teens after Orcs invaded his village. Eventually he was sold to Bovit Roshan who opened Stews and Brews. Braj met and married his true love Jaria and had his daughter Ralya. When Jaria died, Braj saw the pain in Braj as well as his strength when around his daughter and his heart changed. Eventually Bovit freed Braj and his daughter and asked them to work for him with the understanding that they would inherit the business upon his death.

Chester is a sentient mimic who prefers the form of a chest.
They are the leader of one of the two factions of mimics on The Darkentide. His faction is in favor of the mimics staying on the ship and working with elvenoid sailors.

Cynti, commonly known as Cyn, is the owner of Cyn's Uncanny Night Time Spa in Kuridu. She is from a town called Rosewood which once existed in the Strait of Stones but was destroyed by a hurricane and overrun by undead.

Nephew of Flest and son of Odia, Dagda recently went missing while exploring the Moler's training ruins.

Dandy is an enormous orc known for his dancing prowess and high intellect as well as his slow broken speech.
He despises violence and will only use it to defend himself, those he cares about, or those who cannot defend themselves. He owns a pet/animal rescue in Kuridu and has a special affinity for cats.
Additionally, he performs dances in accompaniment with Aste.

Flest is a sea dwarf noble of high status (at least for a Sea Dwarf). His cousin Grestal was the owner and captain of the Darkentide cargo ship prior to his untimely death. Due to this unfortunate event, Flest has inherited the Darkentide and all of the problems that come with it.

Flest, having connections with many important people and groups, has started to hire the group for jobs.

Glisena is a well liked mayor by most of the population of Kuridu.

A sea dwarf of well renown, Captain Grestal has been on the Strait of Stones for two decades. Originally as a deckhand, he worked his way up through the ranks, sailor, first mate, and finally captain of a ship owned by a wealthy merchant. One year ago he purchased his own ship, The Darkentide which eventually became his place of death at the hands of starvation.

He left behind a journal of the last few weeks of his life which is transcribed here.

Ida was a soldier in the imperial army who servered on the border between Asiel and the Gloomspires. Seeing a superior officer strike down a young Deathling, she decided that the soldier life was not for her and moved to Kuridu. Here she became good friends and was unofficially adopted by Sir Rister Forester who owned The Sword and Bored. After he died she took over his store and is now its owner and operator.

Ilat is a curious and egotistical potter who envelops herself in a swirling cloud of smoke from her constant smoking habit. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, she relentlessly pursues the mysteries of the world, though her inflated ego often blinds her to the talents of others. Barnabas's colorful language, peppered with profanity, punctuates his every sentence, leaving those around him simultaneously fascinated and repulsed by his audacious demeanor.

Ilav is a Cloud Elf of high birth who is a bit ashamed of her family status due to skeletons in the familial closet. She is the council's treasurer. Having a lawful disposition, she doesn't like rules being broken or bent.
Physically, she is so thin as to appear emaciated. She always has a pre-Embers coin that she fiddles with habitually.

Jaria was a servant who was freed when her master passed away.
Having already been moved to Kuridu, she married Braj. She sadly died giving birth to their daughter Ralya.

Kra is the gravekeepr of the Old Grounds in Kuridu. At some point in their past their neck was slit and they can no longer speak above an airy whisper. Because of this, Kra is accompanied by a talking raven named Grumbles. Unfortunately, Grumbles speaks in incomplete broken sentences and has a filthy mouth due to years aboard a ship of pirates called the Raven's Rest.

Margret Crewe is a master brewer who owns and runs Storm's Brewing in Kuridu. She is a straight shooter who doesn't appear to have any sense of humor.

Melvin Marvelmeadows own Marvelmeadows Menagerie in Kuridu. He is overly gregarious hugging and touching everyone that comes into his shop. He talks with a pronounced lisp.

Odia is a seamstress who primarily works on sails for sailing vessels. She is the sister to Frest and mother of Dagda who recently disappeared.

Oskidris is a caravanar who often passes through and takes jobs in Kuridu. He is earnest and hardworking and takes time to think before responding to questions.

Once a soldier in the imperial army of Alathel, Paw Paw retired at the age of 98. He came to Kuridu for a simpler life and runs his weapon store selling fancy weapons to the well off. Paw Paw has an acerbic attitude toward those he believes cannot afford his wares but is kind to those he deems worthy. While it is certain that he has a first name, no one knows what it is. He is called Paw Paw in a sarcastic way due to his poor attitude to most people.

Portman is a sentient mimic who prefers the form of a portmanteau. They are the leader of one of the two factions of mimics on The Darkentide. His faction is in favor of the mimics leave the ship and live amongst the elvenoids of a settlement.

Ralya is the daughter of Braj and Jaria. She was born into servitude, however; by the age of 8 she and her father had been freed. She works in the pub as a waitress and also handles decorations.

Reylo is the dockmaster of Kuridu.

Sast is a sailor who runs boats up and down the river that passes through Kuridu. He is coureous and gregarious. He is constantly covered in bruises and scrapes but avoids talking about it. He wears drab clothes that are spotted with mud and muck.

Toyé works in administration at the Moler's Guild, primarily handling onboarding new members. She thinks aloud with her loud voice while her eyes dance around looking at everything in her environment.

Tre'lunn is a High Arch-Druid of the Circle of Stars.

Wina is a fairly typical Boggan making her short, round, and friendly. She works as the head of the Vermin Control department of Kuridu.
